Great Divide Ride

I had been invited to ride with Alex and Shane at Aussie Bike or Hike on one of their excellent guided motorcycle tours.

The Great Divide Ride crosses the great dividing range starting at the coastal city of Taree on the NSW mid-north coast, and arriving for an overnight stay in Tamworth, then returning on day 2 to finish the ride in Gloucester.

The conditions were excellent . . . a bit of rain fell in Tamworth on Saturday night - not enough to cause any problems but just enough to help keep the dust down.
